Firefox Sidebar #25

Added sidebar for Firefox (the only browser that supports it unfortunately) based on the original popup code but with refresh on tab switching and page change. Also modified the build process to omit sidebar related data including those in manifest for other browsers so as not to break other versions of the addon (tested Chrome and seemed to work fine). ( added 2s timeouts but still sometimes get the "stop using automated refresh so much" message ) dissentersidebar

Thank you for submitting a PR for this enhancement. I've gone ahead and merged the non-build directory files in to the develop line: 0c08b48ddbee79fb56f2407a13879d68325cc2e8. Will be publishing a release soon.
