feature request: Enable Vivaldi webpanel to work like FireFox sidebar #50

Vivaldi (chrome derivative) has a web panel functionality that can serve the same function as FireFox's sidebar. Please enable dissenter to display comments in it.

Hi @StargazerA5 thanks for the suggestion. Will be looking to implement Vivaldi along with a few other browsers soon in future releases.

@StargazerA5 A Vivaldi option has been added to our downloads page at https://dissenter.com/download - A web panel was not added yet however.
