Privacy Concern: Make Comment Indicator Optional #88

To my understanding the dissenter extension will look on dissenter.com and see if there are any comments on the webpage you are visiting, and if there are comments it will show an indicator that there are comments. This is handy since it tells you without opening the extensions, but this is also a privacy concern this extensions knows every site you have been to, it may not be keeping logs but nevertheless it knows when you go from URL to URL.

A request will be to have an option to disable this feature for the privacy-minded.

This issue can really be closed since the Comment Badge is now an optional feature and it is disabled by default.

Please upvote this issue instead:

to get them to enable hashing on the URLs sent using the Comment Badge feature.
