Raspberry Pi themselves have created a Minimal RP2040 board using KiCAD

I forked today to start working on the PCB and align its design with R Pi's own.

Hi, are you talking about the minimal viable Board? Im not quite sure what you are trying to do but you can of course modify the board however you like.
