Fathom #7

Please include the Fathom LICENSE file in your repo (required because it is MIT-licensed). I'd also suggest importing Fathom as a submodule, which will make it easier to sync with changes to the upstream code.

Added the LICENSE file. I'll look into the submodule stuff some other time
