[DEV][FRONTEND] add a script to serve a dev version with main server URLs on enviroment variables #107

Well the tittle describes it pretty well, adding a script at package.json to serve a version that change the default enviroment (currently local). to an enviroment that uses the main server urls for cache media and data.

also add the needed modifications on angular.json and the alternative enviroment file.

i already did, this issue is for branch naming for pull request.
