separate mentions field #136

similar to how tags are sequestered at the bottom of the post, put reply mentions in a special field at the top of the post, for visual clarity.

funily enough, @juandjara asked for this and internaly is viable.

I need to think how to add this to the buttons bar because there are a few I would like to add
