[FRONTEND] [FEATURE REQUEST] hide alt text replacement for unloaded images to avoid repetition #139

When in image does not lead it is replaced with it's alt text, but the alt-text-under-image is still shown (with no divider) making it repeat. I reccomend hiding somehow the alt text replacement or at least adding a divider.

Hi @fluffye-yay @Cysioland @gabboman, Correct me if i am wrong the issue here is that we are currently the alt text is loading before the image is been displayed

which is currently in a card but the expected behaviour is it should be only visible if the image is completely rendered.

tbh 2 by one, both issues are on the same component
