Depth/Clear glitches in Mario Kart 64 #84

OS: Xubuntu Hardy 8.04
CPU: 32-bit, AMD Sempron
Mupen64Plus version: 1.3-development
Video: Rice's Video 1.3-development
Audio: JttL's SDL Audio 1.3
Input: blight's SDL input 0.0.10
RSP: Hacktarux HLE RSP 0.2

On Rainbow Road the depth testing does not appear to be working correctly.
I can see the neon faces in the sky and pieces of the track that would
normally be too far away to be seen. As I approach the loop around the star
I can see one of them get clipped behind the neon ghost. Also, while the
race is starting/finishing, the border around the viewport is white instead
of black.
These issues did not occur on the Windows version, but I don't think I was
using Rice's Video there.

Just FYI, I've been hacking this game extensively (this was a clean ROM though 
:-p),
so if it helps I can probably track down the exact location of the display 
lists that
draw those faces. The game's levels are basically several display lists and a
collision map in ROM, and I've made much progress on a level viewer that 
emulates the
display lists.

I just have a black Screen , but i have audio.

Some fix , with the "Rice" plugin ???
