Change output of move_planner to services #20

Perhaps add an interpreter function to perform this.

Oh I've always planned to do this :) I just want to finalize our design of the Action and Target types. We'll talk about this tomorrow in our meeting.

Deal! once we get that done we can for sure finish this stuff this weekend, especially the one arm part!
