iOS 9 fix #4

Don't know how many people care about a 5 year old joystick but these changes should allow the controller to work with iOS 9. I couldn't find any documentation as to why, but it looks like now you need to open both the input and output streams even if you are only using one of them.

@gabebear Yeah after that little bug, I took your code and implemented it in iMame4All and it seems to be working pretty well!
