Draft for a "people" page #21

This is only intended to be a proposal for a people page, with a placeholder of two people in it so far ...

Not that I have any strong feeling about such things, but since we get the ease of authoring via Markdown, using Markdown tables. Mostly nice for portability when it comes to Markdown, we could move it somewhere else. But if we preferred to author pages in HTML we could do that too.

I looked into the DocuSaurus docs, and couldn't find anything about Markdown tables. Given we are all developers, chances are we can more easily edit an HTML table in any case, but I really don't care :-)

I know you only marked this as a draft, but do we want to merge this in to have a working page to discuss and encourage others to add to?
