Flathub version #4

It seems straightforward enough to create a gitlab flow (or github action) to publish this app to flathub. It woud be amazing to be able to just install this from there instead of needing to download it manually. My .desktop PR should help with the basic configuration.

Thanks for your PR. That is an great idea! I am resuming my work on this project and this is definitely something I want to do.

I am not familiar with flathub - I did a quick read in the publishing requirements, but I guess there is some requirements to be fulfilled.

If you are familiar with the process, a PR will be very welcome I will review right away.
