[WIP] Handlers for evil-cleverparens #14

Adds handlers for evil-cleverparens commands. This is a work in progress, and is not complete yet. I will continue the work when I have time. @gabesoft you can take it from here if you don't want to wait for me, since I don't know if I'll have time this week.

Ok, I'll merge this for now because it seems to account for the most used commands. I'll finish this if I get to it first but I'm not sure I'll have time to work on it for a while as well. Otherwise, the remaining commands can be added gradually as needed.
