Multi market management #48

Fix:

The status of the client is now correctly updated when sending the message (UserId, Disconnect, Logged)
The server don't crash due of an unknow client
Crash due of the timing of processing from end to end
The SenderCompId and TargetCompId now correctly set when sending message

Feature:

Full verification of fix Header and CheckSum

Pipeline:

MarketContainer: group the pipeline Market and OBEvent and manage them automaticly
Support in the pipeline Action of multiple MarketPipeline
