Instruction screen sizing fixed, some merge conflicts fixed, xml template changed to add motion derivatives

I have verified that the instructions look better on all the localizer and transfer tasks, as well as realtime runs. I see that the realtime runs are producing "have you started murfi yet???" errors. (EDIT: this is because of rt session creation failure.) I am going to go ahead and merge.

EDIT #2: another bug found: psychopy data directory creation happens too late (so the logfile has nowhere to go), but this is not the fault of this commit!

@akeshavan it's already fixed in PR #1.
