vsend-and-flot #27

ENH: works with vsend murfi. // FIX: flot stabilized // BRK: rtmodal unstable -- murfi xmls that are generated won't work with nonvsend murfi anymore! -- flot namespace collisions reduced, json template formatting fixed, autoends fetching... -- BRK: modal sometimes fails to show up during a new rt session (not a flot issue). starting a new incognito window seems to workaround the problem.
