i would strongly urge renaming files so that one can infer some semantics from their names (in a separate pr). also is there any reason why the cherrypy root class is not a first class python citizen, i.e. MakoRoot(object)?

Test equipment now works! but End 1-back localizer doesn't end the stimulus @satra I don't think there is a reason, so we'll make it first class
