json_template.py: 'redo' removed from rt runs; 2nd Bird_1back removed from mTBI_rt protocol, Resting state scans added to rt visits.

@akeshavan, please review. working on creating new partialJSONs for you. (might need to add group values by hand?). EDIT: check these out. in paul:/home/ss/PR7partialJSONs.tgz ... i expect visit0DONE is the most useful to you since it skips the pre.
