fix: psychopy stimulus reflects group #8

The missing piece for the high/low dose setup. Now the stimulus is correct for each group.

This leads to the next WIP: I forgot to add instructions to the placebo stimulus

@akeshavan: status update... working on my patch to this, sorry for the delay. @satra, i've been discussing my reservations with this PR on gchat, as it was too involved to state here.

@akeshavan friendly reminder/bug report: mTBI_rt_placebo.py must use both 'num_add' and '6' for the trigger (otherwise texas will be sad). Fixing that here. But I wanted to bring that up in case there are other places you can think of, where we might need to fix it.

@satra @akeshavan Not sure if I did this properly, but I ended up creating a new PR to patch the other one. If there was a clearer way to do that, let me know.
