Fix Map & images not loading #53

Tested. Does not fix the Cannot access 'jobsEmojiList' before initialization

Checks all map scripts are loaded after the layerScript is loaded. if not checks every 500ms if they are loaded up to 1 minute.

If not loaded after 1 minute just blue screen, error message can be implement later on
