I've noticed that we have been having to refresh peoples roles more and more, such as when we rehire someone or switch them between companies. It would be useful to have a button to do that right on the Managment page.
Might also be nice on the Payout tab as well, that way we can refresh people who just got a rank up or were inactive and turned in.
