Travis is not working #24

I tried to bind Travis to S4 but I could not get it working.

Travis does not compile Synspec and Rotin. I tried to install a fortran compiler but it did not worked. I need the one from Intel or g77.

The problem now is that I use IDL, a proprietary software. Maybe I can try to use it gdl.

It did not workd with GDL. Not the built-in IDL files and nto even my private version.

I commented the test command in the .travis.yml because it will throw error. The problem is not nosetests but it is that I need IDL to run some of the tests. Then, I guess it will have to stay commented until I get rid of IDL.
