Travis is not building #39

Travis is not building the environment prior to running the tests. It is throwing the following error:

The command "wget $securityBaseURL/c/cups/libcups2_1.7.2-0ubuntu1.7_amd64.deb -O libcups2.deb" failed and exited with 8 during .

It seems that some libraries were updated in the Ubuntu repositories.

These libraries are being downloaded to compile GDL 0.9.6 which is not available in the Ubuntu version of the Travis worker. This is one more reason to get #21 done.
