Migrate to gwtp

It's time to separate the platform files from the rest of the project. We 
need to:
- Migrate relevant issues to the gwt-platform issue tracker.
- Migrate the external and platform folder to the gwt-platform source tree.
- Move and update the relevant documentation (wiki) to the gwt-platform 
project.
- Package everything in an easy to use jar.
- Update the puzzlebazar project so that it depends on the external gwt-
platform.
- Maybe strip down (or snapshot?) puzzlebazar to provide a simpler example 
that demonstrates all the features of gwtp.

DONE:
