The tools developed to test GWTP could greatly simplify unit and integration 
tests of GWTP-based applications. They should be documented and we should 
make sure they are usable from the outside.

MockingBinder, etc)

Yes, I'd say it needs some documentation. The best time to write that is as we 
write the unit tests for samples, see Issue 152.

Then we can also clean-up the testing tools, I'm not sure everything in 
gwtp-tester is needed...
