ListGrid.setAlwaysShowEditors(true) inhibits execution of ListGrid.setGroupByField

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the "Smart GWT Showcase" and select "Grids", "Editing", "Grid All
Editors"
2. Click on the arrow next to "Continent" and then choose "Group by Continent"
3. The operation doesn't complete and after some time the browser complains
that there is a stuck script

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: Records should be succesfully grouped
Received output: Stuck browser

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SmartGWT 1.3

Unable to reproduce in SVN. Either invalid report or must have been fixed 
during development.

Try using nightly build, or wait till Smart GWT 1.4 is released.
