Feature Request: Multiple Categories #357

It would be great to have the ability to show multiple calendar categories
in a single calendar... with the ability to choose which categories are
shown and if they should be expanded/collapsed or not etc...

e.g. in Day view:

|  Monday               |         Tuesday       |       Wednesday       |
| CategoryA | CategoryB | CategoryA | CategoryB | CategoryA | CategoryB |

example:

|  Monday      |   Tuesday    |   Wednesday  |
| Tom  | Anne  | Tom  | Anne  | Tom  | Anne  |
