Some items have a red "TAKEN" instead of thier item icon #1

Some item icons appear to be incorrect; instead of a proper item, all one gets for the image is the red word "TAKEN" instead.

A non-exhaustive list of such items are:

Moore's Helmet
Refugee's Tattered Vest
Amulet of the Apprentice
Thundercharged Blade
Ayeela's Will
Lich's Wand

Noticed it as well, I am unsure if it's because those items are not yet implemented in the game or if it's an other issue (I am sure I've extracted all the icons, so it might be that some file names are different or something)

I can confirm that I've seen most, if not all, the items in my list before in-game.
