Update to the latest recipes per https://github.com/Martin-Pitt/dsp-parser/blob/main/dist/data/recipes.json & use in-game translation as well.

Ran some code to check differences:

• 4 added (reforming, logistics bot/dist, quantum plant)
• 87 updated to reflect name in game
• nothing removed
