So, I'm not the only one with that problem. Randomweb worked perfectly on a
iBook G4,
but no luck with the MacBook. Not sure whether or not the problem is related to
the
cpu though, might be a pure coincidence.

Tcpdump shows that Randomweb queries images.google (or whatever the query was)
and
gets a response back, but nothing else happens.

Running the program on 10.5 iBook 1.33 G4 and no images. Says it is querying
the servers for the phrases but
that is all. Maybe needs a recompile for the updated system libraries.

I'm using Mac OS 10.3.9 and it's not working too. Keeps searching for images and
nothing comes...

Same with me. I've been going mad with trying to solve this one!
On my MacBook Pro in 10.4.something, it worked fine at first. After
partitioning my HD (to run windows with
boot camp), it stopped working. I got in touch with Gabriel, the maker of
randomweb, but he didn't have a
solution either.
Never got it to run again, even now i've made a completely clean install of 10.5

Who can solve this?! I love that screensaver!

It works on my iMac, but not my iBook, both running 10.5.2
Does that give anyone any ideas?

Happy days....
Here from the developer and it seems to work fine....

"I did a rebuild, and it seems to work again on my machine locally. I
put it up on the project page:"
