Preference screen should indicate that a comma is needed between tags #9

When you wish to use photos which contain multiple tags the dialog doesn't
indicate what separator character (if any) is required. Tags must be
separated by a comma.

Two suggestions:
1) The dialog should indicate that tags should be comma separated
2) The dialog should check to see if the tags are comma separated and if
not it should show a warning.
