Get rid of titles on TitleBar buttons #124

Sometimes tooltips for the titlebar buttons can get stuck on screen. See a similar issue here: https://github.com/desktop/desktop/issues/2874

Windows 10 has the titles so I'd rather they stay. Maybe make a prop to disable, localize them though.
