Docker Buildx Pruning Logs

Enables logs from the pruning process related to Buildx:

added function overloading for Buildx pruning
added relevant tests to check the streaming logs/output

@gabrieldemarmiesse, I guess the failure is unrelated to the changes made, can we confirm?

Indeed it's a 503 from dockerhub. When that kind of error happens, I think you can re-run the CI from the "re-run job" (top left button) I think this button is available for contributors. I'll re-run it now anyway
