Added FESTIM and COMSOL versions, fixed some links, added installation guide for FESTIM

@RemDelaporteMathurin I don't think MHIMS version is a necessary info for reproducibility. Do you have any other suggested change from your side?

I'd beg to differ. The data that is shared in this repo has been produced with a specific MHIMS version, or at least a certain commit (since MHIMS is hosted on GitHub). Who knows, maybe in a while, MHIMS will be released open-source, or someone will have access to the repo (even if it remains private) and will want to reproduce this data. Plus, maybe in the future there will be a breaking change or a feature deprecation, knowing the right version is essential for reproducibility.
