Change Color of Instructions Section #560

The instructions section on the website currently has a color that makes it difficult to read. I would like to request a change in the color of this section to improve readability. The current color is bright and vibrant cyan color, and I propose changing it to Teal. I have attached screenshots highlighting the instructions section for reference. colorchange
