Substituting fc-cache with fontconfig #13

fc-cache is not available anymore with brew. As highlighted in one of the listed issues the best solution is to use fontconfig

I also have fontconfig installed, and couldn't make it to work as described. @jnardiello, do you work with Mac OS X? Did you manage to get the fonts working in Yosemite? If so, please tell me how :)
