bad render on MacOS #54

I have installed the fonts and I see them, but I can't seem to get them to render properly. They appear to be somewhat jagged.

I am using Iconsolata for Powerline 14pt and you can see what I am talking about here: screen shot 2018-05-09 at 12 45 41

Thank you in advance for any guidance/help.

Ok, I see what the issue is/was, font renders like 🤮on my monitor, but on the mac, it renders like 🤩.
