preview in browser #67

Is it possible to preview the html version of the markdown that I'm currently editing in a browser using your plugin? If not, would you like to include that (feature request) or are there other vim plugins that you could recommend for that (which do not conflict with vim-markdown)?

Note: I currently use iamcco/markdown-preview.vim which does not seem to conflict with vim-markdown...
