default off for markdown_enable_insert_mode_mappings #8

For those with <leader> set to <space>, having this as a default makes it difficult to write anything without invoking the sub-edit mode. Seems like something that may be best left off by default.

BTW that’s exactly why I have <leader> set to a non readable character and that’s exactly why for me it’s not an issue. Thanks for reporting the issue and for the fix :smile:
