Lib not working with AAC+ but works with MP3 4.4.2 #52

Im having a problem to play an stream with icecast aac+, says streaming 
unavailable on kitkat 4.4.2. In android 4.3 and below works fine.
If I open a streaming with mp3 encoding works fine.
streaming url in aac+: http://207.210.120.98:10040/vivo

im using lib 0.8, im trying to reproduce the error on the emulator to see the 
output.

I use my app in 4.4.2 and work fine.  (Aacp,mp3 streams)
