Old version in npm registry #14

Could you please update the npm registry with the latest version? It currently has 0.1.3 where the latest seems to be 0.2.1, so using npm install -g ember-precompile doesn't install the correct version.

Thanks for letting us know. I pushed an update so npm should install the newest version.
