Update homepage with new wireframe #15

New wireframe:

Remove Finsta preview, put code tips on the right, add a button to go to Finsta.
Change headers to be Quicksand and FUSE blue (#086384).

Making it exactly correct has been a huge pain - either Bootstrap's grid system is too limited, or I'm too bad at it. Chief divergence from the wireframe is the vertical location of "code tips"; aligning it with the top of the iframe is difficult. Here's progress so far:
