Rush matting recipe does not work #44

It seems that you can only use Cattails to make Rush Matting. All other materials like Tule and Hardsedge show that it is an ingredient for Rush Matting but Doesn't work, instead the Seed Recipe is shown for them.

That's definitely probably an oversight from me. I'll fix it for the next version.
