Remove method doesn't alter depth #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a tree
2. Delete all node of a particular level
3. check depth

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Depth still shows old value. Depth should be altered as a result of deletion of 
nodes, if required.

Issue has been fixed in jc-tree_1.1_RC1.jar but still monitoring for any 
side-effects
