Improve build.xml packaging #31

A master build.xml should be added to automatically package the runtime jar and 
the source jar.

- a master build.xml must be put in place..

For now, a build.bat was added to the LIB project, calling each project's 
build.xml..

A master build script added to the "Lib" project, which is used to compile all 
3 other projects and ZIP archive.
