This patch attempts to make craftman OSX compatible. I didn't run through all the commands and plugins, but installation, start, stop, etc all function.
I'll admit I'm pretty novice level in bash knowledge so I tried to follow what was going on throughout the rest of the script, it won't hurt my feelings at all to get some feedback!
