Before BioC2019, we should make sure we have addressed the comments from the reviewers.

The comments we specifically care the most about are from reviewer 3. See the "Referee_comments-Table_4-21-2019.docx" file in the "Revision_4-2019/" directory.

We're submitting to Proteomics, so that will be it's own issue.
