Include WikiPathways gene symbols collection #81

The current pathway collection in the package uses Entrex IDs. Copy the pathway collection in inst/extdata/ to the package datasets.

We have copied the human symbols pathway collection to the package, and included the EntrezID --> gene symbol conversion script in inst/scripts/.
