Easier option to configure particle gun from macro #3

It seems that changing the particle gun energy in run_gun.in file only changes the particle type that gets produced but not the energy nor the gun location. To run this in batch, it would be useful to configure these with config files that one could submit to condor.

Including in this issue should also be an option to quickly be able to change the mass and lifetime parameters for the dark photon, now that it is part of the simulation
